The following conditions must be met:
- Must prove eligibility for advertised incentive and our incentive/reward will follow advertised program requirements.
- There must be an agency agreement with Becky Hancock Realty and Becky Hancock Realty must receive a commission from the transaction.
- Reward will paid at closing.
- Intent to participate in this program must be disclosed at the time an agency agreement is signed.
